Joe Budelis Presents "VoIP De-Mystified" |
By Doug Powell |
The subject of this month's presentation is "VoIP for Dummies." Many
think that VoIP is the future of voice phone service. Our speaker Joe Budelis will discuss what VoIP offers and, practically speaking, what it
can do for you.
Joe will give us some history of VoIP along with pros and cons relating
to some of the current implementations. At the very least, you will learn
what to consider when comparing options if you decide to go with a VoIP
service.
Joe Budelis consults on, and sells, service as T1 and DS3 voice and data,
high speed access and VoIP phone service. Since 1997 he has been busy consulting, acting as a project leader or program manager with such
diverse assignments as Senior Financial Analyst and a SAS Data Analyst to
name just a few of his varied assignments.
More recently Joe has been assisting businesses throughout the USA to find cost effective solutions to their telecommunications requirements.
By definition VoIP (Voice over IP) allows one to exchange telephone conversations and fax transmissions across your Ethenet LAN (Local-area
network) rather than over an analog telephone line.
Be sure to be with us on November 17th for this most fascinating program.
