The General Meeting is currently and usually scheduled to start at 6:45 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of the month via Zoom.
The meeting start time, day of the month or location may change; for example, the meeting in November and December are condensed into the Annual Meeting earlier in December, due to holiday conflicts.

A typical meeting agenda is as follows:

• A“random access” period, during which members ask questions about anything computer related and usually find lots of help from the attending members.
• Announcements of BCUG activities and other computer-related activities
• A talk, perhaps by a representative of a software vender, describing and demonstrating their latest wonder, or a general interest computer-related topic.
